Jewelry items are cast upon order by Missy Reno Smith's fine jewelry casting partner. The process typically takes 2-3 Weeks for this item. We do appreciate your patience during this process.

We will keep you in the loop by updating your order status as your jewel moves through each stage of production.

Please note, production times could be increased if delays are encountered, if you order near a holiday such as Christmas or Valentine's Day, or if your item includes a gemstone that needs to be sourced and/or custom cut.

Jewelry shipments are sent separately from any other items in your order. These shipments are also insured and require your signature for delivery. You will receive a tracking number so you can estimate its arrival.

Due to the custom nature of these Jewelry items, returns are not accepted. Please read item descriptions and sizing details very carefully before making a purchase.

While we do provide printable sizers, these are for general reference only. We advise collectors to be measured professionally.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items will always be replaced (or repaired at our discretion). You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with at least two photos showing the issue (you can use the Return Portal to submit your request).

Each jewel is handmade by professional jewelry artisans and therefore slight variations do occur. Some jewelry items are also deliberately distressed for aesthetic reasons. Neither of these circumstances are considered defects or damage.

Please remember that gemstones of the same type, color, size, and cut will also vary. The photos on this site are provided as examples only, the stones you see in the photos are not the stones you will receive.
