Clean with a lint free cloth or gently scrub with soft brush and warm soapy water or a jewelry cleaner that is safe for Sapphire.
Have your Sapphire jewelry deep cleaned and inspected for loose stones and damage yearly. Your jeweler can tighten any loose prongs or fix any other problems with the setting to make sure your stone stays secure and protected.

Storage
