On the service product page, select your desired service/package and session length, answer several questions about your client status, availability, and particpant count and add the service to the cart. If you have any questions about the service or booking or any comments that will help us get you scheduled, you can put those in the Order Notes box during checkout.

If you participated in a Group Session, but this is your first time booking a session yourself, you are still considered an "Established Client". Just use the Order Notes box to let us know approximately when the Group Session took place and who organized it.

After submitting your order, based on your Booking Preference selections, we will either book you into the first available spot based on your stated availability or we will send you a list of appointment options. These options are held for you for at least 24 hours but we do ask that you make your selection quickly or respond to ask for more options if needed.

Missy's hours can vary from week to week due to filming, writing, and art/design obligations but you can visit the link above to see her current typical hours. Missy offers some evening and weekend availability to make booking easier. For those that still cannot fit into Missy's availability, we will try to open a spot for you, but we cannot guarantee this accommodation.

In Person Event hours vary but Missy typically works from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and weekends during most events.

Missy now allows her clients to include one additional participant during a Private Reading.

Missy now allows up to 10 participants to join a Web Conference Group Reading.

After purchasing your session and then selecting/confirming your spot on Missy's calendar, an appointment confirmation email with either the meeting link (Teams) or physical location details and arrival instructions will be sent to you and any additional participants.

Group Info

If you are including an addional participant in your Private Reading or booking a Group Reading, each participant will also get the email invitation (you will include their email addresses when you confirm your appointment time on Missy's calendar so be sure to have that information ready).

Each Web Conference session participant can join from their own device or you may all join from one device (you will need to use your cameras for the session). If projecting the meeting to a larger screen, be sure of the steps to do this before your appointment date.

Video Camera Use

Camera use is optional for Private Sessions. This includes Private Readings, Regressions, Between Lives Explorations and Coaching. Missy does not need to see you to connect with you.

However, Missy does ask that Groups use their cameras. This helps her keep track of who has received messages and who hasn't and of who is speaking in larger groups.

Please use the Order Notes box on the checkout page to let us know if you need any accessibility accommodations.

We can set up Live Captions and we are happy to discuss other accommodations that will help you get the most out of your time with Missy. When including your request, you are not required to explain why you need the accommodation.

Your appointment details email and reminders include links for rescheduling and cancelling. Please contact us for assistance with finding a new spot on the schedule (simply respond to any of those emails for assistance).

By purchasing a service with Missy Reno Smith, you agree to our rescheduling and cancellation policies which are provided in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Please read through this information thoroughly before making your purchase/booking.

You can reschedule your appointment through Missy's Booking Calendar by clicking the "Reschedule" link in any of the appointment emails you receive.

If that Rescheduling feature isn't working or if you cannot find another opening that will work for your schedule, please respond to any of those emails or send a text to the number provided for assistance.

In Person Appointments- If you need to Reschedule a In Person Appointment when Missy is traveling, we may limited options or even no options if the event is already sold out. In those cases, we can ask around to see if anyone is willing to trade spots with you. You will be offered a web conference session instead if we can't find a volunteer.

Missy's Booking Calendar also allows you to cancel your session.

If you do cancel, we will refund you unless it is less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time for Web Conference Sessions or less than 5 days from your In Person Session, in those cases you will receive Store Credit only which can be used for any type of purchase or booking in Missy's shop.

Refunds to your card or to store credit must be done manually by Missy's team which may take a few days for us to process. Additionally, refunds to your card may take several more days to show up, this is out of our control.

Missy Reno Smith records all sessions as a courtesy. She will announce when she turns the recording on so you are aware. If you do not want your session recorded, please let her know before she starts.

Recordings are typically sent within 48 hours. Check your spam folder before contacting us if you don't see it. Please download and save the file in a safe place.

If you are booking a group reading, be sure to include the email addresses for each participant. Due to the confidential nature of your session, permission is required to download the recording. We need to enter an email address for each participant that wants to download the recording.

Session/Recording Copyright

Missy Reno Smith is the sole copyright owner of all session recordings and their content in entirety. Recordings cannot be posted or othewise shared publicly without Missy Reno Smith's written permission.

Your session is confidential, Missy will not share the recording or your personal information publicly or privately with anyone without your written permission.

Podcast Statement

Missy does not air her regular session recordings on the In Spirit Podcast. The "On Air Readings" you see on the podcast are filmed for the show with guests that have signed our guest appearance release forms.
