Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of the items for sale in this shop, we offer replacements/exchanges only for damaged or defective items or if an incorrect item was sent. Fine Art and Jewelry items may be repaired at our discretion. 

 

Exchanges

You must inform us within 72 hours after receiving your item to request a replacement. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately with photographs if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start this process, please navigate to the orders page in your store account and use the Return/Exchange form or contact us at support@missyrenosmith.com with your order number, reason for the exchange and photos that clearly show the issue.

If accepted, we may or may not require you to return the defective/damaged/incorrect item to us. If yes, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. After we receive your returned item, we will send out the replacement/exchange item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

In certain circumstances, a store credit may be offered to you instead of an exchange.

Items may have deliberate flaws, and the presence of such deliberate flaws are not an eligible reason for exchange.

We do our best to describe items, including any deliberate flaws, in the product details so that you will not be surprised when you receive the item. Photos are provided for reference only.

 

Jewelry

Jewelry exchanges are only available for incorrect items or damaged items which require more than a simple repair. 

Each jewelry item is cast and hand finished by highly skilled jewelry artisans. Variations are to be expected and are in no way considered flaws. Variations in color, clarity, size, and cut are also to be expected for gemstones and are in no way considered flaws. Jewelry items are bespoke, custom made upon order, and photos are for reference only; they do not show the actual jewelry item and gemstone/s you will receive. 

Please pay close attention to the approximate weights and measurements listed so you know what to expect.

Rings are sold in US Sizes. Please have your finger sized professionally before purchasing a ring. Should the ring not fit, you will be responsible for the cost of resizing the ring at your local jeweler's shop (unless we sent an incorrect size). 

Some Certified Notable Gemstones include a special warranty for additional protection (this will be noted in the listing); this warranty will protect your gem for up to one year after purchase. We will inform you on how to activate and how to extend this coverage if you wish to keep it beyond the first year.


Fine Art

Due to their custom nature, returns are not available for fine art times; exchanges are only available for incorrect or damaged fine art items. Please take several photos showing the damaged or incorrect item and contact us.

Original Paintings or Sculptures will be repaired or remade if damage is beyond repair.

If a Limited-Edition Print is damaged, it and its certificate must be returned to us before a new print can be made to protect the integrity of the edition. In some cases, we may ask you, the collector, to completely destroy the print and certificate on video to speed the replacement process (please wait for instruction before doing this).

Damaged Open Edition Prints will not need to be destroyed but will need to be returned to us for exchange.

 

Home Decor, Stationery, Other Print Items

If your item is incorrect or damaged, please take several photos showing the issue and contact us. Exchange instructions will depend on the item type and size.

 

Digital Downloads

Digital Download items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please read the description closely to be sure the digital item you wish to purchase is compatible with your device/app/software.

 

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards can be used to purchase products and services at MissyRenoSmith.com but may not be applied to Missy Reno Smith products and services sold elsewhere.

 

Services & Events

Refunds are not available for services offered by Missy Reno Smith or her team. This includes, but is not limited to, All Session Types (Readings, Regressions, Coaching, etc.), Classes, Webinars, Live Events, Fine Art/Design Services.
