Production & Shipping Policy

It is our ultimate goal to provide excellent quality fine art originals, prints, jewelry, and other collectible items. It takes time to produce these high-quality items, and we appreciate your patience during production and shipping. Most items available at MissyRenoSmith.com are made to order and therefore it can take several weeks before your items are ready to ship out.

When you submit an order through our website, you agree to our Production & Shipping Policy along with all other store policies.

Shipping Options & Fees

The best way to see your available shipping options and to calculate your shipping fees is to add your desired items to the cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page.

Items ship from various locations so your order may contain multiple shipments depending on your chosen items. Shipping fees are calculated per shipment within each order. You will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method for each shipment in your order.

Free shipping is offered for many items if you meet our minimum cart total or during special promotions.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

Your order, or part of your order, is either retained to be fulfilled by Missy and her team or forwarded to the printer, casting house, or foundry for fulfillment depending on the items in your order.

Order Status 

You can check the status of your order in your online account or by clicking on our chat widget on the bottom right side of every page (you will need your order number). We will update your order status as your items move through each phase of production and shipping. Should you have any further questions about your, send us a message through the website or to support@missyrenosmith.com, be sure to include your order number.

Shipments

Your item/s will ship in the method/s chosen during checkout. You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. If items in your order will be fulfilled by multiple production partners, then you will receive multiple shipping notifications and tracking numbers for your order.

Original Art

Original Paintings are typically ready to be shipped within 3-5 business days unless the painting is to be framed.

Whether the painting includes a frame or if you added an optional frame, it will not be framed until after your purchase. For artworks that include a frame, this gives you the option to make any changes to the planned frame style, mat/liner color, or glazing. Framing takes 5-7 business days on average.

Paintings may be shipped rolled, boxed, or crated depending on the type and size of the painting.

Bronze Sculptures are not cast until after they are ordered. It typically takes 6 weeks for molding, casting, cleaning, and patina application. In certain cases, you may get to choose your patina and possibly other options like a stand (see listings for details). Upon completion, your Bronze Sculpture will be crated and shipped to you directly.

Large Bronze Sculptures may require additional freight charges and/or installation fees. Typically, the bronze foundry manages these shipments, and they may contract with a fine art shipping broker. Please see sculpture details for more information.

Reproduction Prints

Open Edition Reproductions typically ship out in 7-14 business days. These digitally signed prints are sent directly to you.

Limited Edition Reproductions typically ship out in 3-4 weeks. After printing, the print edition is first sent to Missy to be inspected, hand-signed, and numbered. Missy then reseals the package and ships the print and its certificate to you. 

Pre-ordered Open & Limited Edition Reproductions will not start shipping until their official release date.

Home Decor & Other Print Items

Most Home Decor, Stationery, and other print items offered for sale in this shop are custom printed upon order. On average, these items will ship out in 7-14 business days after order processing.

Jewelry

All jewelry items are cast for each collector upon ordering and ship within 2-4 weeks on average depending on the design. Please note, if the piece requires custom cut gemstones or if you order between November-February, the production time could be up to 6 weeks. We appreciate your patience. We will update your order status to reflect the current stage of production.

Missy has partnered with the largest fine jewelry casting company in the United States. After your order has been processed and forwarded to the casting house, their highly skilled jewelry artisans will mold and cast your item in 100% recycled precious metals (newly mined metals are never used). Your items are then polished and set with any included gemstones before being boxed and shipped directly to you. 

Jewelry items ship free to US addresses. All jewelry shipments are insured.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was sent, please take photos and initiate a return immediately which you can do from your account orders page or through the chat widget in the bottom right corner of every page.
