Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, custom made/bespoke, or pre-paid commissions. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these special kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-released product not yet in production. We collect payment in full unless otherwise noted. If we do collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, we will store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can only cancel a pre-order order for a full refund if it has not yet been sent out for production (printing, casting, etc). See pre-order details to find out when that takes place. If the pre-order has been sent out for production, then your refund can only be issued back to you as store credit. After your order is fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order.

Custom Made/Bespoke Orders
When you purchase any Custom/Bespoke items, such as jewelry and prints that are made upon order, cancellations are not available after the order has been processed. As soon as your order is processed, it is sent to Missy Reno Smith's printer, bronze foundry, or fine jewelry casting production partner. They begin producing the item almost immediately. Please pay close attention to the product description and specs and Contact Us with any questions before purchasing so you know whether the item is correct for you.

Pre-Paid Commissions
When you purchase any pre-paid Commissioned original artwork or custom designed jewelry item, you may cancel the order up to the day before the "Start Date" and get a refund minus a fee to cover the consultation if that has already taken place to cover Missy's time. That fee is equal to the current cost for a 30-minute Private Reading.
Once the painting/sculpting/design has begun, cancellations are no longer available.
