To book a session with Missy, browse our Services, choose your preferred session length, and provide answers to a few additional questions. Then add your selection to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email with booking instructions. Based on your service type and availability, this email will either present you with specific appointment options to select from (including alternative steps if none suit your schedule) or provide a link to view Missy's available time slots.

On average, Missy is typically booked out by about 3-4 weeks for weekday sessions while evening and weekend openings are typically booked out further in advance.

Please note, when Missy's calendar books too far in advance, all session types will say "out of stock" and we will instead direct you to Missy's Booking Request Form. We will reach out to get you on the calendar soon after you submit the form.

Missy's hours vary from week to week due to her many obligations, the hours listed represent her typical hours only.

We understand that your availability may not align. We include a place for you to share your typical availability before you add the session to the cart. We will help you find a spot that works for both you and Missy. Her assistant is able to open time when necessary.

Missy reads for clients all over the world and that requires some flexibility on her part. Please do not hesitate to purchase a session no matter where you live or how rigid your schedule may be. We will work with you to find a suitable time. However, we cannot guarantee availability for specific date and time requests.

If you are an Established Client, you are welcome to email us directly or even send a text message to Missy to book. Please let us know the session type, length, and any scheduling requests in your message to speed the booking process up.

If you are a new client, please purchase your session on the website or fill out the Booking Request Form.

You may fill out the Booking Request Form to book a session with Missy if you prefer not to use the website to purchase (an invoice will be sent instead) or if sessions are currently unavailable for purchase due to any extended wait time.

When Missy's schedule gets booked too far in advance, this form becomes the only way to book a session until she catches up.

When making any purchase or booking a session with Missy Reno Smith, you agree to her policies and procedures listed on her official policy pages. We have included some basic information and links to the full policies below.

When booking a session with more than one participant, please enter an email address for each additional participant, separated by commas, on the booking form.

Missy now allows her clients to include one additional participant during a Private Reading. This allows you to include your spouse or another close friend/relative without having to book a Group Reading.

Missy allows up to 10 participants to join a Web Conference Group Reading. If you have more, please Contact Us for more information about booking a Webinar Gallery Reading.

In Person Group Readings at your location may include up to 15 participants. If you have more than that, please Contact Us for more information about booking a Gallery Reading.

*Please note, In Person Group Readings taking place at Missy's location may limit the number of participants to just six. See event details as each location is unique.

After Booking/Purchasing your session online or through Missy's support team, an Appointment Confirmation Email with either the meeting link (Microsoft Teams) or the physical location details and arrival instructions will be sent to you and any additional participants.

Web Conference Sessions take place on Microsoft Teams. You can join this session on your computer, smartphone or tablet. When you click the meeting link, we suggest that you select the option to join the meeting using your web browser rather than through the Teams app (there is no need to download the app this way).

Each Web Conference Session participant can join from their own device, or you may all join from one device. If projecting the meeting to a larger screen, please make sure you are familiar with the process before your appointment date. We are happy to set up a test session if needed.

If for some reason you and Missy cannot make Teams work, Missy does have a backup meeting platform option, or she can simply call you directly. As a last resort, the meeting can be rescheduled.

Video Camera use is optional for Private Web Conference Sessions. This includes Private Readings, Regressions, SoulFraming™, Between Lives Explorations, and Soul Purpose Coaching. Missy does not need to see you to connect with you or your Angels, Guides, and Loved Ones in Heaven. Hearing your voice the moment you say hello is all she needs to connect.

However, those booking private AngelBreath™ sessions will need to turn their cameras on since Missy will be working with you on your breathwork during this type of session.

While she doesn't need to see her clients to connect, Missy does ask that each participant in a Web Conference Group Reading keep their camera on. This helps Missy keep track of who is speaking to her, and it helps her see who she has and hasn't interacted with. This is especially important for groups with more than three participants.

We can set up Live Captions, and we are happy to discuss other accommodations that will help you and any other participants get the most out of your time with Missy.

Missy Reno Smith records all sessions as a courtesy. She will announce when she turns the recording on so you are aware. If you do not want your session recorded, please let her know before she starts.

Recordings are typically sent out within 48 hours of Web Conference Sessions and within one week of In Person Sessions. Check your spam folder before contacting us if you don't see it. Please download and save the file in a safe place.

When booking a Group Reading, be sure to include the email addresses for each participant on the form. Due to the confidential nature of your session, permission is required to download the recording. We need to enter an email address for each participant that wants to download the recording, no exceptions.

Missy Reno Smith is the sole copyright owner of all session recordings and their content in entirety. Recordings cannot be posted or othewise shared publicly without Missy Reno Smith's written permission.

Your session is confidential, Missy will not share the recording or your personal information publicly or privately with anyone without your written permission.

Missy does not air her regular session recordings on the In Spirit Podcast. The "On Air Readings" you see on the podcast are filmed for the show with guests that have signed our guest appearance release forms.
