The Angelique™ gemstone cut was conceived by Missy Reno Smith, an artist and psychic medium whose unique perspective infuses her creations with spiritual depth and aesthetic innovation. While it all started with a little sketch, this endeavor to update a classic gemstone shape with a Heavenly spin, a lot of time and energy was required to turn that one little sketch into a working facet pattern. Missy Reno Smith spent many months learning about the art and science of gemstone cutting and design programs like Rhino and Gem Cut Studio to aid her facet pattern creation. The Angelique™ cut was finalized in early 2024 after more than a year of experimentation to perfect its divine 137-facet structure.
