Services Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Timeframe:
- All private and group sessions may be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time for a refund in the form of store credit minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- All online webinar style classes and workshops may be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the schedule start time for a refund in the form of store credit minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- All in person classes, workshops, and retreats will have a custom cancellation timeframe.
2. Late Cancellation:
- If you need to cancel a web conference session with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or you will be refunded in the form of store credit minus a 20% late cancellation fee.
- If you need to cancel an in-person session with less than 72 hours' notice, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule only, and we reserve the right to convert the session into a web conference session if no other in-person openings are available, or you will be refunded in the form of store credit minus a 20% late cancellation fee.
- If you need to cancel an online webinar style class or workshop with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be refunded in the form of store credit minus a 20% fee.
3. No Show:
- If you fail to attend a scheduled session without giving prior notice, the session will be considered as delivered, and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
4. Rescheduling:
- We will make every effort to accommodate your web conference session rescheduling request, subject to Missy's availability, and get you back on the schedule as soon as possible no matter how much notice is given.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your in-person session rescheduling request, subject to Missy's availability, though we reserve the right to convert your session into a web conference session if all openings during the In Person event are booked and we cannot find another client to trade spots with you.
5. Refunds:
- Payments for sessions are non-refundable. Missy Reno Smith offers store credit only for cancellations and she charges a 10-20% cancellation fee depending on how much notice is given. These fees cover her admin time to manage your booking and the fees she is still charged to process your payment and store credit refund. There is never a fee to reschedule.
- Following the foundational session for coaching packages, each party will determine if the partnership is a good fit. If both agree, then the terms of the cancellation policy will be honored. If either party does not agree to this being a good fit, the package price will be refunded minus a 15% fee which covers Missy time for the foundational session and the fees she is still charged to process your payment and refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstance:
- In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will assess the possibility of making special arrangements.
7. Missy’s Cancellation:
- In the event that your Missy needs to cancel a session, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a convenient time for both parties.
- Missy will extend the length of the rescheduled session by 15 minutes for the inconvenience.
8. Cancellation Request:
- To request a session cancellation or rescheduling, please utilize your Calendly link or contact us as soon as possible.
9. Policy Acknowledgment:
- By engaging in Missy's services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
